Dear All,

As discussed during our last meeting, please share your comments, edits and/or 
suggestions on the latest version of the PDP Draft Final Report with the 
mailing list at the latest by Friday 21 January 2010. You'll find the latest 
version, dated 28 October including line numbers, attached and posted on the 
wiki (https://st.icann.org/icann-ppsc/index.cgi?pdp_team).

Members are especially encouraged to raise any substantial issues by Friday 21 
January so that these can be discussed by the WT accordingly. Following 21 
January, all redline changes in the latest draft will be accepted so that 
further changes, including those agreed upon based on discussion of the 
outstanding issues, can be incorporated and easily traced.
