Dear All,

Please find attached the updated outstanding issues document which includes the 
notes from our last meeting. Also attached you will find the proposed standard 
methodology for decision-making which is part of the proposed GNSO Working 
Group Guidelines. It was agreed that WT members would review this proposed 
methodology in further detail to determine whether the proposed decision-making 
methodology should also apply to PDP WGs.
