As discussed on the last call, in order to present the report to the Council 
for the October 6th call, ALL COMMENTS ARE DUE BY THE END OF THE DAY TODAY 
WHEREVER YOU ARE LOCATED.  Marika will compile the comments, make changes if 
necessary and I will issue out a consensus call tomorrow.  We must get the 
report to the Council by Wednesday.

Final Report posted on the wiki for your review (see

 Note, Alan will be circulating proposed language in relation to consideration 
of the Final Report (see page 30 of the Word document) later today.

Please provide your comments, edits, suggestions and/or questions on the 
Updated Final Report and/or public comment review tool at the latest by Sunday 
25 September.
