Also worth noting that for the first time in history, the Board
requested an Issue Report forcing the initiation of a PDP.
Good think we kept that provision there, as it appears we may now
have a Board that will use it. Or bad thing, depending on
your point of view! ;-)

Final unanimously at its meeting on Wednesday. Today, the Board
approved the initiation of a public comment period on the proposed
amendments to Annex A (see below) which is the next step in the
process of moving towards Board approval and implementation.
