It appears that we have not had many people weigh in on the documents.  
Therefore, Glen, can you please send in the call-in number for Wednesday at the 
normal time.  I would like to resolve this situation by Mexico City.

Although Mike raises some concerns which were discussed, perhaps it would be 
good to get them out in the open one last time.  In either case, the Work Teams 
will be able to provide their own comments on the rules when they are finally 
kicked off in Mexico.

As discussed at our meeting last week, we are issuing a consensus call on the 
initial Charters of the PDP  and Working Group Work Teams as well as the work 
team rules until such time that the Work Teams are fully constituted and can 
review those documents to provide additional input to the PPSC.  

 

Please remember that all PPSC decisions are made using a “full consensus of the 
members” process which means that all members (through their primary 
representatives) must indicate their support for the consensus call to be 
carried.
