Dear All,

In preparation of the PPSC call that has been rescheduled for Thursday 12 
August at 19.00 UTC (call details to be circulated shortly), please find posted 
on the wiki (https://st.icann.org/icann-ppsc/) an updated version of the GNSO 
Working Group Guidelines including PPSC comments. This version includes the 
comment submitted by Mike Rodenbaugh which has been added to section 3.3, which 
seemed to be the most appropriate place in the document. The PPSC can discuss 
tomorrow whether it agrees or whether it considers it more appropriate to be 
included in another part of the document. So far, comments have been submitted 
by Jeff, Tim and Mike. If I missed any, please let me know.
