Dear All,

As discussed during our meeting on Thursday, please find attached a proposed 
list of issues that aim to summarize in a neutral manner the comments provided 
by the different PPSC members. You are requested to review this list on page 1 
of the attached document and share your comments / edits with the mailing list 
at the latest by Monday 23 August. Following that, it is the objective to 
finalize this list during the next PPSC meeting on Monday 23 August at 19.00 
UTC 
and make any further updates to the list / comments as required. An updated 
version will then be circulated for final review to the mailing list with the 
aim of submitting a final list of issues and comments by the end of August to 
the Working Group Work Team for their consideration.
