[gnso-ppsc] For final review - list of issues & GNSO WG Guidelines including comments

Dear All,

Please find posted on the wiki (https://st.icann.org/icann-ppsc ) for final 
review the list of issues identified by members of the PPSC and an updated 
version of the GNSO Working Group Guidelines that includes the different 
comments in the relevant sections. Please review this latter document to ensure 
that your comments have been linked to the appropriate sections in the proposed 
GNSO Working Group Guidelines.

Please share your comments / suggestions with the mailing list at the latest by 
Monday 30 August. Following that, the documents will be submitted to the 
Working Group Work Team for their review.
