I apologize for the delay.  This looks good to me.  I would suggest only one 
slight revision.  In the last sentence of Section 4, I would reword to read " . 
. . group and call for consensus made to the entire WG."   

Otherwise, I think these are good to go.

As resolved by the GNSO Council at its meeting on 13 January ('RESOLVED FURTHER 
that the GNSO Council recommends that a concise summary of the WG Guidelines be 
drafted by ICANN Staff, following approval of 
the GNSO Working Guidelines by the GNSO Council, in order to serve as a 
primer to the full document for potential WG members. The summary should be 
approved by the PPSC before being submitted to the GNSO Council'), please find 
attached the proposed summary of the GNSO Working Group Guidelines for your 
approval. As this summary is intended for potential WG members, I've focused on 
those elements of the WG Guidelines that appear to be of most relevance. Once 
the GNSO Operating Procedures have been updated and posted, a link to these 
would be included so that easy access to the complete GNSO Working Group 
Guidelines can be provided.

Please review the attached summary and share any feedback, comments and/or 
suggestions you have with the mailing list, at the latest by 6 April so that 
the document can be shared with the GNSO Council during its next meeting.
