Hello All:

Here are some sample questions for consideration for the survey:

Economic and time commitment burden of start-up protection mechanism
(1-5) (low-high)

Do you believe that a uniform (a.k.a. one size fits all) approach to the
protection of the rights of others is prudent? [y/n]

Should registry operators be allowed to propose ip protection mechanisms
tailored to specific needs of their business model/community provided
that certain base line criteria are met? [y/n]

Should registries provided IP owners new intellectual property rights or
of enhanced protection of rights in cyberspace compared to the
protection that exists in the real world? [y/n]

Is the proposed IP protection mechanism subject to gaming by either
speculators and/or trademark owners seeking to achieve a registration
advantage over another legitimate trademark owner [high risk/med
risk/low risk]

Can a Sunrise process serve as suitable IP protection mechanism in
connection with a TLD associated within a defined geographic region
where there is a 
centralized trademark database for the registry to verfied trademark
owner rights? [yes, no]

Is a Sunrise process a viable IP protection mechanism where the
charter/community of the TLD served can be associated with a specific
international trademark classification? [yes/no]

Should any IP protection policy discriminate between different rights
owners, i.e. nationally registered trademark receive protection, whereas
state, local or common law rights are denied protection? [y/n]
