Liz,

I think many of us need a little more time than today.  There is a lot
in here, and rushing things through is not the best approach.  The
report did just come out late last week.  I think giving a week to
comment is not too unreasonable.  I am still trying to analyze the
ramifications of the recommendations.

The report needs to be finalised so I am taking the liberty of  
closing comments on the report which Kristina sent out late last week  
by UTC 18:00.

I will try to turn the report around -- which needs to include things  
required under the by laws -- as quickly as possible.
