Margie, as you know I am not in a position to review a redline document by your
deadline. Assuming that none of the changes made was substantive I have no
objection to this going forward as the initial report of the subteam.

Steve

Dear All,

Please find what I hope is the final RAA WG Initial Report posted on the wiki
(at https://st.icann.org/raa-related/index.cgi?resources
<https://st.icann.org/raa-related/index.cgi?resources> ). Because the document
is so large with all attachments (over 150+ pages), the complete document
posted on the RAA WIKI for your review and information. I have also
attached a redline of the main report (the first 29 pages), that shows the
minor formatting, grammatical and typo changes that I made from my earlier
version.

Please note that I reformatted the RAA Matrix found in Annex E to fit into
the word document, but the content did not change (other than to correct typos,
formatting, & grammatical type errors).

The Initial Report also includes updated attendance records on Annex C.

If you see any typos or errors, please let me know no later than 1:00 PM
Mountain time tomorrow. Assuming no changes, I will post the report for a
public comment period to close on 9 July 2010, and to distribute it to the
GNSO and the other SO/ACs tomorrow. Please note that this date is longer than
the 21 days specified in the Charter, but it takes into account the fact that
many in the community will be traveling to Brussels during the interim.

Thank you all for your hard work in producing this report!

Best Regards,

Margie
