Below, please find my Statement of Interest to participate in the Registration 
Abuse Policy Working Group:

1. Current vocation, employer and position

Gretchen Olive - Director, Policy & Industry Affairs - Corporation Service 
Company (CSC) 

2. Type of work performed in 1 above

Monitor and educate CSC customers on domain name registration policy, trends 
and industry developments.  Maintain industry relationships/contacts for CSC.  
Participate in ICANN meetings and other trade groups, such as the International 
Trademark Association (INTA) and Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), on 
behalf of CSC.  

3. Identify any financial ownership or senior management/leadership interest in 
registries, registrars or other firms that are interested parties in ICANN 
policy or any entity with which ICANN has a transaction, contract, or other 
arrangement

I am employed by Corporation Service Company (CSC), who is an ICANN-accredited 
registrar.  

4. Identify any type of commercial interest in ICANN GNSO policy development 
outcomes. Are you representing other parties?

I only represent CSC and am participating to help ICANN identify potential ways 
to minimize online brand abuse in the domain name registration process. 

5. Describe any arrangements or agreements between you and any other group, 
constituency or person(s) regarding your nomination or selection as a work team 
member.
