Lots of case history here -- is the IRTP not looking at the relevant
transfer issue already?
Also looks like this case could have another possible outcome: action by
ICANN compliance department for any contractual violations by the registrar.
But misuse of WHOIS data for marketing purposes is difficult to prove, I
bet.
Namejuice.com Web-based WHOIS is operating fine, BTW.

Old RAA 3.3.1 requires the registrar to have web-based WHOIS. But as far as
I know the RRAs do not require reseller DROA to offer WHOIS.
