Looking forward to joining everyone on the call today - I will be a bit
late due to a prior meeting. 

Below please find my Statement of Interest.

 

SOI for RAP WG

 

1.                Current vocation, employer and position

Director of Policy for .ORG The Public Interest Registry

 

2.                Type of work - I work on array of policy issues on
behalf of PIR within ICANN and other policy/cybersecurity forums.
Current WGs include the Vertical Integration WG, and my name has been
submitted by the GNSO for the Whois Review Team. 

 

3.                Identify any financial ownership or senior management
-- I am a member of the senior management team of PIR.

 

4.                Identify any type of commercial or non-commercial
interest in ICANN GNSO policy development processes and outcomes-I
represent PIR in various current PDP proceedings within the GNSO,
including the Vertical Integration WG. This WG is of interest to
Registries for the types of changes and obligations it might introduce
or change to the Registry -Registrar-Registrant relationship.

 

5.                I am a member of the Registries Constituency on behalf
of PIR. Prior to joining PIR, I was a member and co-founder of ICANN's
Noncommercial Users Constituency.
