Dear members of the GNSO Review Working Party,
Happy New Year!

Thanks to many of you and others in the GNSO community who made the time to 
meet with the team from Westlake Governance (particularly given the holiday 
time), the independent examiners'  continued outreach has resulted in useful 
interactions and feedback.  We have extended time frames in order to achieve 
quality feedback from all relevant parties and to provide sufficient time for 
Westlake to complete their analysis.  The schedule of review activities is in 
the process of revision and will be updated in early January 2015.
