Dear GNSO Review Working Party Members,

Thank you to those who were able to take part in today's session where Westlake 
provided an overview of their work to date ("Working Text").  Your feedback and 
views contributed to a fruitful and productive discussion.  Outlined below are 
resources to assist you with you review of the Working Text and the process of 
offering your feedback.

Information from ICANN52 Session
 and the 
 of today's session provide a useful outline and context for reading the 
Working Text.  You may wish to listen to Colin Jackson's presentation, included 
on the recording, prior to reading the Working Text.

Westlake's Working Text and Aggregate of 360 Responses now available on the 
community wiki

     *   Organized around the five main areas noted by the Board Governance 
Committee GNSO Review Working Group (BGC) in their 
     *   Represents work in process:
        *   Additional facts/analysis (as applicable) and refined 
recommendations pertaining to the five focus areas designated by the BGC
        *   Analysis and recommendations pertaining to GNSO's readiness to 
respond to the changing environment (i.e. gTLD expansion, IDNs, WHOIS 
replacement and shift in the center of gravity of the Internet).

Next steps

1.      Please reserve 3 March 20:00 - 21:30 UTC for a working session to 
discuss the Working Text and engage with the Westlake team (calendar invitation 
to follow shortly)

2.      Please provide your comments and factual corrections by posting them on 
the wiki pages<https://community.icann.org/x/LQYnAw> (see Sections 5, 6, 7, 8 
and 9) set up to aggregate your feedback.  There is an additional page for 
general comments.  Comments from the GNSO Review Working Party are due to 
Westlake by 20 March.
