[gnso-rn-wg] Geographical and Geopolitical Reserved Names WG Report

Hello All:

Attached please find the first draft report on geographical and
geopolitical reserved names. I have completed all of the sections as
provided in the template except for a detailed summary of each
documents. To date I have identified upwards of twenty documents and
spent over 20 hours reading each of them and the collateral material. I
will try to provide a summary of each of these documents in advance of
next call, but I have provided a link to each document for those members
wanting to jump in and read about the wonderful world of geographical
indentifiers :-)
