Please note that I made an error in the U.S. Pacific Coast time; it
should be 10:00 am PDT. All the other times are correct.

The GNSO Council has not yet officially extended the RN-WG but
a motion is currently being considered. After considerable time working
with Glen and others regarding possible days and times for meetings, we
came up with the following that seem to avoid other GNSO meeting
conflicts and maximize the chances for WG participants:

        Wednesdays in April: 11, 18 and 25

        Thursdays in May: 3, 10

        Times: 17:00 UTC; 18:00 BST/IST; 19:00 CEST; 14:00 ART; 13:00
EDT; 12:00 CDT; 11:00 PDT;

        Next Day: 05:00 NZST; 02:00 KST; 01:00 HKT/CST

We could move the meeting times one hour later but that would
make it even worse for Korea (3 am), Hong Kong and Taiwan (2 am). I was
willing to do the meeting at 5 am PDT but too many active people would
be eliminated.

For those of you who plan to be active in the 30-day extension,
please let me know of any serious conflicts as soon as possible.
Otherwise, we will plan on this schedule or one adjusted one hour later
if that seems to be preferred.

Please tentatively mark two hours April 11 at the times shown on
your calendar.

        Thanks,

        Chuck Gomes
