I want to communicate special thanks to Marilyn for chairing the meeting
yesterday.  I sincerely appreciate that.  And I also want to thank all
of you for the work you are doing as we wrap up our work.  As you are
all aware, we are down to the wire and will have a busy next six days to
wrap things up.
 
Please note that in cases where we were not able to complete work or are
not able to reach rough consensus, the Council gave us direction in
Lisbon that we should maintain the status quo until such time that
further work can be done.  Please apply this direction as you finalize
your recommendations in the subgroups.
 
I will provide more guidance after I listen to the MP3.  In the
meantime, if you have any questions, please let me know.
