Unfortunately, I'll be at full day offsite meetings much of this week.
I'll be on the SL call today, but I will have to give Tim my informal
proxy for the call on the 10th (assuming he will be on). Sorry. Jon

Subject: [gnso-rn-wg] Request for Status Updates
Importance: High
I would like to request an email status update today from each of the
subgroup chairs. Please report status on each of the following action
times.
1. Subgroup final report - due Tuesday, 8 May
2. Inclusion of the following in the subgroup report: references to
GAC principles as applicable; references to IDN WG recommendations as
applicable; minority statements
3. Consensus of subgroup members in final report
Liz and I will review final subgroup reports and distribute red-line
versions to the list ASAP before our final meeting on 10 May.
Request for all: please review the final subgroup reports ASAP after
they are posted to the list and then review the redlined versions that
Liz and I post to the list before the final meeting. Be prepared to
voice approval or disapproval for each recommendation in all subgroup
reports in our final meeting.
It is extremely important that we have maximum participation of all WG
members in the final meeting. If for some unavoidable reason, you are
unable to participate in the final meeting on 10 May, it is essential
that you communicate your positions on the list prior to the meeting.
Finally, if your schedule will permit, be prepared to go beyond our
scheduled 2-hour meeting time if necessary. If everyone comes prepared,
this may not be necessary or at least may only be a brief overrun, but
if members can try to be flexible in this regard, it will be much
appreciated.
