Chuck, unfortunately I will not be able to attend the call today as I had 
planned. However, I read and considered the posted reports (and most recent 
version of the single/two char report). If there are no substantive changes to 
the recommendations during today's call, you may add my agreement 
with all recommendations. As I have previously been given Jon Nevett's proxy,
