Hi Beau-

To answer your question,   the Subteam A needs to go through the public 
comments and determine if the public comments justify changing the Registrant 
Rights Charter or the Initial Report.  Once  that is done, the Final Report can 
be issued.   SubTeam B has already done this, and is finalizing the portion of 
the report that addresses the topic of additional amendments to the RAA.
