Petition for a Non-Commercial Stakeholders Group (NCSG) at ICANN

To the ICANN - Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.

I am writing to support and express my consideration to the Petition for a
Non-Commercial Stakeholders Group (NCSG) at ICANN. The NCSG is of vital
importance in handling the interests and needs of Non-Commercial and
Individual groups at ICANN. The Non-Commercial Stakeholders Group will rely
upon an organizational structure that comprehends a wide diversity of
non-commercial interests concerned with domain name policy. It is important
to highlight that domain name policies are not a matter restricted to
corporations and small enterprises.

As an individual and a university researcher, I fully support and encourage
the NCSG petition inclusiveness and cooperation among different viewpoints.
This is an essential step towards creating new policy proposals among users
and groups that do not have any representation on ICANN Board of Directors.
