Non-Commercial Stakeholders should be heard.

Please reinstate the NCSG charter drafted by NCUC and supported by more
than 80 noncommercial organizations and individuals in the April
comment period.
The ISOC lunchtime meeting, during the ICANN meeting held in Puerto Rico in 
2007, was addressed by the Treasuer from the ICANN Board who stated that the 
Registrars were demanding more of a say in how money was spent at ICANN, in 
recognition of the size of their contribution. The delegate from the French 
ISOC pointed out, quietly but firmly, that in fact the individual internet 
users contributed ALL of the money in question.
The fact that you are doing something NOT to make a profit does not, and 
certainly should not, deprive you of rights and a voice.
