Also to the extent this helps, this is a template of what Neustar used
for its .BIZ IP claims to provide notice to registrants. A few points.
Neustar did not validate the authenticity of the claims that came in
(hence the disclaimer at the end).

Subject: [gnso-sti] .BIZ IP Claims

To the extent this helps any discussion on the IP Claim Service, if you
go to Exhibit I (and Schedule A below that) on this link:
http://www.icann.org/en/tlds/agreements/biz/registry-agmt-appf-11may01.h
tm, you will the legal terms and conditions that governed the
relationship between the registry and the registrar in offering the IP
Claims service (Exhibit I) as well as the terms and conditions between
the Registrar and the IP Owner (Schedule A). It also contains a decent
description of the IP Claims service, the licenses provided, etc.

Appendix J:
http://www.icann.org/en/tlds/agreements/biz/registry-agmt-appj-11may01.h
tm, describes the elements we collected from the IP Owner and how the IP
Claims process fit in with the launch of .biz.

I hope this helps a little bit.

Thanks.
