Dear David and Chuck, 
staff have sent to the Board the results of the GNSO Council vote on the
STI report.

On behalf of the Board, I want to thank both the GNSO Council, through
you Chuck as its Chair, for its rapid response to the Board's request,
and the STI Working Group, through you David, as its  chair, for its
intense and thoughtful work on these important matters.

The Board was conscious in sending this request that much was being
asked of the volunteers in the GNSO community. Please would you pass on
to all those involved the Board's appreciation of their efforts.
