As discussed during last week's meeting, please find attached for your review a 
first draft of the proposed charter for the 'thick' Whois PDP Working Group. As 
mentioned, this first draft is based on the contents of the Final Issue Report. 
Please feel free to share any comments and/or edits you may have with the 
mailing list ahead of the next meeting coming Thursday.
