Thanks Marika.
For the definitions of "thin" and "thick" whois as contained, I would ask
that we take into consideration and discuss how the words "store",
"manages", "maintains", and "provide" are used in these definitions so as to
avoid the possibility of different assumptions by different people.
My second comment relates to the recent change to "the consistent use of
thick whois" in that in other parts of the Charter reference "uniform"
whois. I am not sure if the two are meant to mean the same.
