Objet : Creation of a mailing list for the 'thick Whois' ad-hoc expert group

Dear All,

Thank you again for agreeing to be part of the ad-hoc 'thick' Whois Expert 
Panel. In order to facilitate the submission of questions and allowing review / 
discussion by all of you, we would like to propose to create a dedicated 
mailing list which will be publicly archived and read-only for non-expert panel 
members. The idea would be that policy support staff to the WG co-ordinates and 
collates any questions that the WG or any of its sub-teams may want to put 
forward to you. Staff will then also collate any responses / feedback received 
from Whois Expert Panel members for review by the WG and/or relevant sub-team. 
We hope that this system will allow you to participate as your time and 
expertise allows. Of course, if at any time you want to be removed from the 
mailing list, you can just let us know.
