hi all,

Evan put me over the top, hitting the magic number 10 on my list.  we've lost 
10 out of 30 members, and many of those folks are active contributors.  so two 
things:

a) the call today is CANCELED

b) let's revisit the decision to stagger the calls on ALAC days -- this is the 
typical outcome when we try to get fancy with the scheduling.  lots of folks 
forget (myself included) and we wind up with schedule-chaos.

see you in a week.  sub-group folks, let's carry on with the topics you raised, 
but let's do it on the general list.
