Dear All,

As discussed during the last meeting, please find attached the ICANN
Proposed Whois Specification for the 2013 RAA which was just posted for
public comment (see
http://www.icann.org/en/news/public-comment/proposed-raa-07mar13-en.htm)
which proposes a standard response format for Whois queries. Please note
that this document is still under consideration by the registrars.

In addition, you may also be interested to review section 3.3.1 of the
proposed 2013 RAA 
(http://www.icann.org/en/resources/registrars/raa/proposed-agreement-07mar13
-en.pdf) which relates to port 43 Whois Service, which is also one of the
issues being reviewed by the WG.
