I agree with Volker, agreeing with sentiment while thinking that a call
for a study of privacy issues beyond what are related to collection,
distribution, and publication of domain registration data is beyond our
scope. I also don't think that "related GNSO polices" or "related to whois
in some manner" really adds any clarity. In addition, the first has the
potential to limit inquiry into important issue areas if the GNSO hasn't
examined them yet.
