Dear WG members,

I appreciate the views presented so far, and I understand the positions.  
However, I do not see the harm of requesting, rather than suggesting.  We can 
let ICANN (in consultation with the GNSO) decide on a timetable that would not 
be counterproductive to the process. I however foresee that there will not be 
full consensus without an agreement  to include a formal recommendation.  I 
sincerely doubt it.
