1.      Approve agenda
2.      Tom's suggestion for moving recommendation 9
3.      Approve highlighted edits to document, except for PDP Order
section
4.      Discuss & make final decisions on PDP Order
5.      Make plans & assign action items for:

        a.      Preparing near final draft of document
        b.      Review of near final draft by full team
        c.      Approval of final draft by full team
        d.      Delivery of draft to Council
