Hi,
If Zahid and Tony can make it in Nairobi and perhaps others can join
remotely,  I suggest not to cancel it.
Those who will attend could then circulate to the group a brief minute of
the meeting for general reference.
Please confirm this to Gisella so she can know what to do

Hi,
just to let you know that I will not be able to participate remotely in
the travel meeting.
(I will attend the wrap up session and presentation on Friday morning as
backup if Chuck needs it.)
As ICANN staff requested the meeting, it could be good to know if some
of us are going or tell them that we are not available so they can
rearrange their agenda.

Moving this meeting a little earlier, depends on the time we start and
finish the GNSO wrap-up session.  So far this is the only dependent on
moving the time.

I would have been happy to, but I have a registrar meeting that overlaps
with this one.

That meeting is at 16:00 local time, so if the travel meeting can be
