Unacceptable takeover of a foreign founder on #Bacolod DALNet Channel
Hello DALNet, I'm John Nino R. Eslit and a bonafide Filipino residing in Bacolod City, Philippines. I am currently an ICann registrar and is the owner of TipidWeb.com. I am writing this letter with regard the #Bacolod channel on DALNet MIRC Community. We would like to contest the take over of a foreign national with the #Bacolod channel. Manipulating and over control of the channel is unacceptable, the fact that she is not even a Filipino national. It is of much insult to us, real Bacolod City residents that the recent founder of #Bacolod channel is treating its chatter as if she is manipulating the true Bacolodnons. We would like to appeal that the channel be given to a true #Bacolod resident. We have made an investigation and found out that the channel was previously sold by its original Filipino founder to this present founder. Again, this is unacceptable and is way worst than mass adverts/spam. This defeats the sole purpose of community within the DALNet realm. The current founder just ban users/chatters just for simple reason of 3 lines text and other invalid reasons, avoiding true bacolodnons to use the channel at its full extent as a community. Those founders does not even give full participation on the #Bacolod community the fact that they are foreigners. I am one of the active chatter of #Bacolod since 1999. It is with great dismay that we are unable to fully use our hometown channel because of this manipulating foreigner who purchased the channel from its irresponsible original founder. I am attaching my my curriculum vitae and am opting that you consider my take over of this channel and better improve this community which solely belong to the Bacolodnon chatters. I am furnishing a copy of this letter with our local government and the iCann foundation. We hope to receive a positive response from you as soon as possible. Thanks, John Nino R.
