Inc. ("Dyn Inc.")

In this role, I am responsible for all legal and policy issues related to Dyn 
Inc.'s domain name related business.

interest in registries, registrars or other firms that are interested parties 
in ICANN policy or any entity with which ICANN has a transaction, contract, or 
other  arrangement

I am a senior manager at and serve as corporate assistant-secretary for Dyn 
Inc., which is a ICANN accredited registrar.  

4.        Identify any type of commercial interest in ICANN policy development 
outcomes.  Are you representing other parties?

Dyn Inc. is an ICANN accredited registrar and a "contracted party," bound by 
consensus policies.  Dyn Inc. provides DNS services to registry operators and 
may provide such services to new gTLD applicants and registry operators.

5.        Describe any arrangements or agreements between you and any other 
group, constituency or person(s) regarding your nomination or selection as an 
advisory group team member

Dyn Inc. is a member of the Registrars Stakeholders Group (RsG).  I will report 
on activities of this group to the RsG.  I will also report activities of this 
group to Dyn Inc.
