whether  that is as a registry front-end, registry back-end, DNS provider, 
consultant to a TLD applicant.

DotConnectAfrica is an organization madated by the African  Union and key 
African regional organizations and partners to be a sponsor and registry 
operator for the DotAfrica continental domain name.

in ICANN policy or any entity with which ICANN has a transaction, contract, or 
other  arrangement.

DotConnectAfrica has applied for accreditation with ICANN in 2007.

I represent no other party in regard to this working group.
