I am not sure about this whole exercise and the utility of it.  I also do not 
appreciate the less than 48 hours notice for the call (unless I somehow missed 
an earlier notice).   What is the scope of this call?  What is the purpose and 
how will this call be different than the other sessions with these economists?

As Mikey indicated earlier, we have invited the economists,  Steven
Salop and Joshua Wright to address the VI Working group.   As you may
know,  these economists have published a series of documents related to
the issue of Vertical Integration, and are posted on our WIKI Resource
Page at:

We have confirmed that they are available on this Thursday, April 29  at
20:00 UTC for one hour  (4:00pm EDT).    I will ask Gisella to circulate
 the telephone details to the VI Working Group,  but wanted to bring
this to your attention as quickly as possible.   Due to their limited
availability, we were unable to use a doodle to schedule their meeting
with this group.   The call will be recorded and transcribed for those
unable to attend on such short notice.
