argh...
i got Jeff's email after building the poll -- that's why 4-registrars is still
on there. sorry about that. i think your approach of indicating support for
both is the right way to go.
i debated leaving the Board resolution off (you can tell by it's position --
last on the list). i decided to put it back in just in case there are people
who prefer the more aggressive 0% position that the Board originally proposed.
