I do not think we did an update.  I read through it and did not know what to 
change.  I do know you asked for an intro paragraph, but I think this statement 
already had one.

The wiki site https://st.icann.org/vert-integration-pdp/index.cgi?exceptions# 
does list some of the other Exceptions people would like to see listed, but the 
statement as far as I know remains unchanged.

Of course one of my partners in this effort may have made updates.
