hi all,

i've posted a new version of the report to the wiki (no, not as an attachment 
to this email to the list -- it's a little on the biggish side, 2.8 mBytes, 
which might overburden some of your connections and email clients).

drafting points and punchlist

-- this draft has all the Annexes (so it's 131 pages long!) -- many thanks to 
Margie for the first draft of all that

-- the Table of Contents is goofed up, i'm too sleepy to figure it out tonight

-- references to some of the new Annexes (Brussels molecules, poll) need to be 
worked into the body of the report

-- a new version of the poll-summary needs to be dropped in -- i'll do that 
after i get up

-- it's only available in Word format -- it's got "sections" so the PDF-save 
resulted in a whole series of separate documents -- sorry about that.
