Colleagues,

Condolences to the RACK+ and JN2 advocates, who failed to obtain a 
policy outcome other than "inappropriate or abusive conduct" language.
Congrats to the CAM and FT advocates, who obtained a policy outcome of 
no restrictions.
Congrats also to the IPC who "have an exception".

And of course mega-congrats to the Reston Teams, who are now free to 
compete the secondary and primary markets in their current products, 
and are unrestricted in their pursuit of new products.
