#13, #11, #1, #2); Steve DelBianco & Steve Metalitz - Area 6, Proxy
registrar compliance with law enforcement and dispute resolution
requests (#3, #20, Metalitz comment, #12); and James Blidel - Area 7,
Whois data accuracy (#8, # 11). 
                *       Chuck forwarded suggestions from Eric
Brunner-Williams for hypotheses for GAC proposed studies and entered
