Thank you very much Bertrand,
I certainly agree that it is important for this WG to understand the
various national laws, because without those basic facts we cannot as
easily devise a policy that will allow accommodation to individual nations'
policies within their own jurisdictions. To that end I have a few ideas in
response to Vittorio's very helpful comments which I will send soon.
I also thank Maria for her clarification today.
Participation in an informative manner that enables us to simply stay aware
of the variety of national policies is very productive indeed.
