I agree with Vittorio. There are an unusual number of initiatives in
process right now and some of us are trying to cover a number of them.

That was my understanding as well. I doubt it will be productive for
Maria to try and reconcile several dozen or more conflicting edits to
the reports. 

Philip, please let us know the process for indicating agreement (or not)
with the various recommendations.
