Dear Working Group participants,

 

Please find attached the consultant's report as summarised and promised on
yesterday's conference call. 

 

The consultant was requested to provide information and analysis
illuminating the following; "any existing organisations possibly capable and
interested in providing accreditation or certification services for law
enforcement agencies to access Whois data including private organisations
such as HTTC and HTCIA."
