Steve,

registrants would gladly renounce to this benefit, so I would propose to
strike any provision for access by third parties to the private
information, so not to create any additional cost to registrars.

Or else, I would ask you to please be serious and stop sending provocative
messages like the one above. I am not questioning what is better for your
constituency, so please avoid speaking about what is better for other
constituencies or pretending that what suits your constituency's interests
is done to the advantage of someone else. This kind of attitude really
makes me feel like I am wasting my time in participating to this working
group, and I should better redirect the entire mailing list to /dev/null.
