[gnso-whois-wg] Support Scorecard

Based on comments from Ross Rader, Ken Stubbs and others, I suggest that
we compile a scorecard of support for each of the recommendations.  It
would make this process much more transparent and would help prevent
mistakes in the characterization of levels of support.  We have done
this in a number of prior working groups and task forces.  

 

For the record, I do not support the current draft recommendations in
2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 3.2, 3.3, 4, 5.2, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, and 6.6.
